Bahria Town INTRODUCTION

Construction of houses has accelerated this year, Electricity is expected from the under-construction Grid Station in July this year. Sui gas pipelines are being laid by M/s SNGPL. PHASE III & IV
Major works for Sui gas and other utilities are in progress. Possessions are being handled over in phase III (plot 1 to 1200) and throughout  Phase IV. PHASE V & VI
After re planning, earthwork and construction of roads is in progress. Lying of services has also been initiated.  PHASE VII
Most of earthwork and laying of roadbeds was completed in 2000. Water O/H tank has been constructed. Carpeting of roads and streets is scheduled for end of 2004. Services would be laid in 2005. Possession may be expecting during 2006.
SAFARI VALLEY (PHASE VII EXTENSION)A Good news for would-be dwellers of Safari Valley: It has been decided to up-grade the low-income scheme to higher standards of development at par with Phase I & VII, planning work of safari Valley has been completed 70%. Earthwork is scheduled for this year; construction of roads for 2055 and laying of services for 2006. Possession may be expected during 2007. PHASE IX
Bahria town Islamabad is launching Phase 9.

It is adjacent to our Sector ‘B’ project and is undergoing a rapid development, sewerage and water work is complete roads are being asphalted.3rd block of this scheme will be completed by middle of 2004. We are happy to state that this project met an overwhelming response, resulting in complete allotment of over 2,000 plots in a very short span of time.
